CO2 CRACKING AND FUSION USING THE HUTCHISON EFFECT

A Human Solution to Global Warming and Greenhouse Gasses ??

.......................................... ...............

Idea Originated by Andrew Hennessey   September 7th, 2008.

Dr Hutchison has intimated on 9/9/08 that it is theoretically feasible in his opinion to crack and fuse the molecules of carbon dioxide gas into a Hutchison jelly using his Tesla equipment.

The properties of carbon dioxide in terms of its industrial uses and quantum electromechanical states are well known in the Scientific Instruments industry e.g. the CO2 Laser.

There will already be a large body of peer-reviewed research in existence about the Quantum and electromagnetic properties of CO2 and its EM performance in the CO2 laser. This research can be adapted for the calibration of the Hutchsion equipment.

There are only three but very well understood vibrational frequencies for carbon dioxide and these are mechanically used in the carbon dioxide laser.

The Hutchison Effect as produced by Dr John Hutchison has demonstrated very clear examples of molecular fusion and the creation of states of atomic disruption and the consequent and famous Hutchison Jelly, where aggregates and mixtures of fabrics have been melted together using high frequency electromagnetic forces produced on equipment first instigated by Tesla.

The Hutchsion process, could with investment, be attuned to the three known frequencies of Carbon Dioxide's atomic bonding. This would build the CO2 atoms into something else or break them down into carbon and oxygen compounds - carbon jellies and oxygen variants. It could even be economically lucrative if petrochemicals were bi-products.

Oxygen and other compounds are extracted from these soups and gasses by well-known industrial processes in enclosed environments in the petrochemical industry e.g. in liquid states at low temperatures.

I predict that we could get all sorts of combinations of carbon some of which can be highly carcinogenic and toxic though normal to the petrochemical industry which could be post produced and refined/cracked in any typical crude oil refinery process.

Industrially basic cracking and recycling equipment in the petrochemical industry could handle such constructed jellies and precipitates assembled out of atmospheric CO2.

The beauty of using the Hutchison Effect on CO2 is that although the end products can be absolutely any kind of polycarbon identifiable in  crude oil refinery processes – the complex molecules, whatever they are, will definitely not be CO2.

There might also be highly reactive oxides in the immediate atmosphere so it is suggested that any initial experiments take place under highly contained circumstances just like the sealed insides of a petrochemical refinery process.

Potentially, a CO2 fusion tower could be sited next to an oil refinery and it would suck the air into an enclosed Hutchison process.

  1. We would need a contained and controlled airflow.
  2. The ability to cleanly collect the fusion aggregates and process bi-product gas
  3. A power supply - an assessment of CO2 used in power to CO2 neutralised would need to be carried out [it would be great to have a Tesla motor - that would make it even greener]
  4. We would also need very careful studies of any possible secondary/tertiary events/effect in relation to the scale of the voltages being used
  5. Establish industrially safe distances and shielding, especially for carbon-based personnel !!
We would clearly need lots of safety tests through bodies such as the AEA and EPA etc
ratifying any industrial process as safe for public deployment - like if we privately decided to build a nuclear reactor etc would need to satisfy lots of guidelines in the public and national interest
  6. The crux of the matter is safety for personnel, public and the Comms industry -
so it all maybe rests on how good our EM insulation and suppression is.
We would need somebody who knew about how to dampen these things down ... and what sort of heavy-duty industrial fabrics that we could use for the purpose ..

The CO2 FUSION program should start off with a testing phase to calibrate the safe human distances of this equipment as it pertains to denatured carbon dioxide.
With and then without shielding to determine the most efficient industrial EM shielding.

A series of tests of EM field strength and its denaturing influence on Carbon is conducted with the power stepped up in 10 tests in increments of 10% outage.

e.g. lay out a pattern of carbon dioxide vialls in plastic containers at 1 metre intervals up to 50 metres. then test for denatured CO2 at 10, 20, 30 plus percent outage etc

Then the same process should be tried with e.g. bacteria in petri dishes or algae testing for either bacterial mutation in anaerobic bacteria or respiratory or metabolic dysfunction these plots set out a 1 metre intervals.

This would illustrate any potential complexities that may arise in metabolic CO2 that might be independent of field strength, though its certain that wherever CO2 is 100% safe any person would be too.

Such tests and others officially recommended should form part of the calibration phase of the project.
