15. THE PHILOSOPHY OF
SYNTOPIA AND EVIL. 'Cogito ergo Opulentus !!' - I think therefore Opulence ! The
6 Keys to Civilisation and Oogenesis. The
concluding chapter of this thesis shall concentrate on the unifying
aspects of civilisation rather than on its obvious political and military
dialectic. Beyond the historical necessity of its erroneous activities on
the surface of planet Earth it will extrapolate and project a functional
universal systems theory onto civilisation, its elites and their
activities based on observed and historic accounts of human activity. The
technological history of this planet shows many social constructs unworthy
of a place in a Galactic joke shop. On
the other hand, however, who and what comprise a galaxy. From
speculative exploration of interstellar constructs in the last two or
three chapters it can be seen that it is possible to have a galactic
civilisation emerging two kinds of civilisation based on its understanding
or lack of, of the physics of relativity and of its own physical locality. Lack
of technological capacity would obviously not preclude interstellar
travel, but may in fact impede distant outreach. It
would follow, therefore, that competition in social groups for trade and
barter to acquire new capacity and upgrade would tend to drive mutual and
often mutually exclusive industrial and military competitors towards a
trading co-operation and perhaps a trading Guild of some sort. This,
based on the perceived level of threat to interests at any one time is not
out of line with V G Childe's 'Driving
Engine of Civilisation Model' of the 1950's as previously discussed. Rate
limiting steps of; prejudice, aberrant conduct, technological and
intellectual capacity, unfacilitative social structures, communication and
lack of adequate military and industrial intelligence and analysis,
scientific ontology and clash of chronological cognition and parities etc
would tend to drive the oogenic principles within telic behaviour down. With
time this would create personal and social distortion and social
abandonment in natural and unregulated circumstances. Soul-destroying
conditions for those who wish to build something special that will
usefully and gregariously last. From
the previous chapters on oogenic modelling it can be seen that there are 6
power law relationships that operate within any well defined relationship
or relativistic, organismic system. These
6 fulcra are the keys to any and every aspect of self-regulatory
interactions in all perceived systems. In
civilisation, although as defined by elite activity, and in terms of
elite, factorial and asset acquisition, each of the three [T] components
are also driven by a core. e.g. factorial and scientific management,
mining and resource management, or high ranking civil service etc. each of
these distinct functional groups within civilisation also have six fulcra
with which to operate their specialism in the service of the elite's
driving core. Every
physical oogenic process in a coamosphere manifesting in 3 dimensions is
locked by the 6 fulcra, whether, physical, chemical, biological, robotic,
relatively high energy bounded and diffuse with information patterning
regulated by high shuttle values [SV] etc. Every
Civilisation is locked by six elite keys, and within the functionality of
civilised structure there is innate social impedance to interactions
between the six keys of each state organ caused by the sufficiency or
insufficiency of communication, science, administration, intelligence and
education, technological inadequacy, material inadequacy etc. This
social impedance is hereafter denoted [SI] and the efficiency or
inefficiency these fabrics introduce to the driving core of any social
organ as it implements and rolls out core directive is given a linear
efficiency rating [ER]. This
comprises 16 factors on a scale of [01
- 16] where 16 denotes true relative efficiency of implementation and 01
denotes true relative disintegrity. Whereas every administration reaches
its periphery, the investment in intention and steering, time and capital
will not always show the desired return. Every
defined system has six systemic fulcra or [SF] that can be rated by the
[ER] scale. The
[SF] within the elite, factorial and asset zones will not all naturally
perform in synchrony. The
power by which an elite governs is measurable, definable and controllable
and can be interpreted in terms of e.g. ·
corporate and military

psychology of personal and
interpersonal distortion. ·

the incorporation and

in uptake and rollout within each bounded social zone will introduce
variation into social efficiency, and this will introduce communication
difficulties between the elite and their workforce. Such
slack in roll-out between political steering and the psychological
commitment of the workforce to the state 'church' or spiritual theme is
taken up by the entertainment industry or the state circus. The state
circus uses specific 'fools' to deliver and implement working class
placebo to cover up for any obviously perceived imperfection in state
controls and industry. Every
defined system at time1 has 48 logically real finite events in the
language [T] and also 4096 finite events in the modal logic language [A]
that are observed as the initial effects of the activities of the 6
fulcra, [SF]. Every
system at time2 has substantially more logically real and modal events
that are totally enumerated and finite. These
are 2, 097,152 logically real finite events in the language [T] and also
387,420,489 logically real finite events in the modal logic language [A]. The
effects of these 6 keys or fulcra operating can be observed in any system
given that the functional attributes of the objects, processes and
qualitative outcomes in use are empirically measurable by the observer. The
effects of any system are generated by endogenous prescribed interactions
for self-consistency and perpetuity and also external interactions for
self-maintenance against entropy from competition within its niche and
between its targeted goals. These aspects of any self-organised emerged
system operate and function for different and specific reasons around the
6 power-law fulcra [SF] with a measurable efficiency relative to
contextual measurement on the [ER] system. A
compilation of utilisation data on other social performances of similar
systems (in other or similar societies) with similar or different
attributes that use similar and different fabrics and policies to the same
end will produce a relative but not absolute [ER] database on elite and
social ability. In
and between every social core and social zone there is the physical effect
of a driving core of intentions pushing against a gradient of social
fabric. This drive rating on the [ER] system indicates the rate of
inscriptions of information onto social artefacts and also the rate and
efficiency of manufacture of the artefacts themselves, their
modifications, attenuations and capacities to facilitate the elite
directives. [ER]
ratings can be derived for various aspects of any society i.e.
rate of implementation of sign to thing signified. e.g's. ·

State, The State Circus and the Church. The
elite policies of the State, their corporate bridging activity and their
personal directives may not always be to the general social purpose or
benefit. Within
the universal social information process through the organs of media,
their artefacts and editorial different psychological pantheons may
emerge. Here is a
list of typical human ideologies and or populist mindsets that we
associate with the behaviour of the ruling elite. ELITE ZONE

provides new assets, analysis, science, invention, accountancy, finance,
management, economist, provides solutions to destruction and entropy and

temptations, distractions and attenuation of social and elite distress.
e.g. subversion and disguise of the true social reality of destruction. An
inconsistent benefactor, scapegoat or nuisance excelling at all human play
or battle activity or intellectual and artistic activity, whose various
perfections and gifts foster inadequacy and therefore the temptation into
social excesses in any direction desired by the elite. ASSET ZONE
3. DESTROYER [@t] The State
pantheon as outlined in the 6 archetypes above also performs an internal
structural dialectic between the tolls for the providers and the tolls
inflicted by the need to grow. Technically
this dialectic can be described as the dialogue between the State and the
Church. Where the elite have over-imposed on the workers and acquirers for
the State Benefit but that the State Church answers and addresses the
Spiritual stresses of its demos and other social assets in terms of
spiritual economies for the greater goals and the greater communal good. In this
sense the Church plays the Devil's Advocate posing the ancient rhetorical
issue of the needs of the many are greater than the needs of the one or
the few. In an
elitist society however, the constructs of
'all for one and one for all !'
are surplus to elitist concepts regarding the distribution and
redistribution of wealth. The elite's
unrewarding struggles of governance, although burdensome, leaving the Marx
of stress upon us, have one attractive and reconciling virtue, however,
that although money doesn't buy one happiness - it does go a rather long
way to help. e.g.
'A day at the races', 'a night at the opera'. The State
Circus
can also be modeled as an independent oogenic entity with 6 fulcra
that reflect the spiritual, intellectual and physical activities of the
population and the population in relation to the elite. The State
Circus presents population issues for the administration of social stress
release through various populist and specialist media. Entertainers
that have achieved success, failure and or notoriety present a useful
palette of rhetorical discourse for elite political change. A selection of
class achievers from the 3 social zones of civilisation as an oogenic
construct is used to influence mass opinions. i.e. macro
elite core, meso factorial, and micro asset acquisition, are selected such
that the looks and appearance and social profile of the achievers or those
currently under-achieving can match both the social need for an example of
what is either exemplary or non-exemplary conduct for or against the elite
aims and goals. The
Tripartite [T] descriptor for State Circus Clowns in the Context of
presentable static and dynamic, or potential and latent psychological and
social attributes is as follows. In Oogenic
context and in terms of elite governance there are two classes of clowns
that portray two useful social virtues. 1. The
endogenous winner or loser. 2. The
exogenous winner or loser. The Elite
operate the State Circus by selecting Clowns that overtly portray in terms
of their outward appearance and physical integrity or disintegrity the
role of winner or loser in terms of their historic social profile and
occupational background. Whether, core, factorial or asset acquisition. In every
way, the life of a State Clown, mirrors and reflects the attributes of
society as a whole. Social identification with the role of a clown is
predicated upon the recognition of their winning or losing attributes and
properties with any given elite script. e.g.
The State Clown as Social Winner. The State
Clown is presented as a failure and loser portraying inadequate knowledge
researched as a political parody of political or spiritual opposition to
the operancy of any State policy. This mismatched role, portrayed within
the State Infrastructure of Macro elite core, Meso factorial and Micro
asset acquisition can be displayed against any elite paragon and
successful example of the operations and consequences of elite policies.
Thus making redundant any noticeable contradictions of State policy within
the population. Further
sophistry can be added to make the Losing Clown a true 'spiritual winner'
via the intercession of current State Church constructs, but obviously,
the Clown is still a loser. e.g. The
State Clown as Winner. A winning
clown can be selected such that although they possess a disintegrated
lifestyle and appearance in their e.g. factorial capacity, they may still
enjoy the fruits of political success and endorsement by the elite. e.g.
High intellectual virtue or the appearance thereof, may be needed
in the confused population to make acceptable certain intractable policies
that are observable within the long term goals of elite policy making. The
presentation of high intellect challenged by social attrition and being
made successful with elite endorsement is an example of the intelligence
that the population may aspire to without fear, when weathering these
apparent strategic difficulties in the cause of the greater social good.
The State Clown, however, is still a loser. There are 64
types of State Clown derived from the relative values of integrity and or
disintegrity of the Clown Personality and Lifestyle. These are the 'custard
pie numbers' or the set [CK] where [ck01, ck02, ck03 ... ck64]
of logically real social effects of State Clown performance.
Technically, morally, all compromised losers. In a morally
declining society for example, State ideals have produced disintegration
and social compromise to the point where the integrity of the State engine
is no longer seen to accurately function, drive or deliver on its goals
due to the inability to attenuate material or executive impedance within
its social structure. Where the
elite have obviously increased social impedance within its social
structure and policies, and also have failed to adequately address the
issues either materially or spiritually, then popular spiritual decline
and lack of personal application and an increase in social dissent will
manifest amongst the population. Population
engages with the spiritual necessity, specialisations and virtues of
holism such that they may also benefit from its fruits. Where such a
society is seen to decline, is where the impedance of elite controlled
specialist institutions set up for the purpose of the administration of
social components within each social zone, are experienced to behave in a
mundane way by their specialist users. Where
attempts at personal restitution against unjust impedance are experienced
to be inane, and persistence to socially contribute by the specialist
victim is met with measurable disdain, then those social victims of elite
dysfunction stray into the dilemmas of spiritual prostitution by further
endorsing the presence of such sickness as an integral virtue of and
within their lives. The [CK] 64

the State Clown. The passive
and active voice of the State Clown within the State Media may be seen to
be winning or losing for and on behalf of the State, or, for or on behalf
of its own historic Social profile. Within
social regulatory mechanisms there are both covert and overt subcultures
within each of the 3 functional zones within a society. These have their
own recreational and play behaviour and stress release opportunities and
attributes that are morphological display, physical expression within the
recreational tools of class structure, and intellectual expression within
all the tools of class structure. Where these
social class institutions are unfacilitative inane and disdainful towards
personal and social bridging activities, they become a spiritual burden
for the participating soul. The
qualitative interpretation of these relatively inept soulful enquiries for
social justice from the class victim within and between social groups, can
be made to be socially ruthless and often fearful by the State and any
Clown chosen to socially sanitise it. The coping
behaviour of victims under the stress of such disintegrity and unworkable
appeasement behaviour has been used as the essence of social control in
many societies. The role of
Social Discourse and Frictions. The
endogenous activities of the population are their covert subcultures
that engage in criminal discourse and activities of their peer group and
status useful to and endorsed by the State. These activities may also be
used by the State as an internal regulatory peer-group controlling
mechanism (anti-body), and also as a stress releasing mechanism that can
be used to drive class incentive, profits and dis-incentive within the
peer group, class and other class structures. Additional criminality
within society can also find and or eliminate any new emergent threat to
the elite from within the population. It may also identify traits and
assets that the ruling elite may wish to use or discard. The
exogenous activities of the population are their overt subcultures,
rhetorical issues regarding their occupations, their stress releasing
mechanisms, their recreational artifacts and recreational information and
opinion within their peer groups and other facilitative and legislative
class structures for these activities. Social
Metatheory and the Oogenic Principle. Every
aspect of society that is implemented through social fabric must be driven
via this [ER] metatheory against innate social impedance [SI] around 6
fulcra, [SF]. The
social incorporation has 6 general functional attributes or properties

interactivity of the Being before it entered into the State Circus. The
State Clown will possess a useful background and or skillset in relation
to state policy and activities. (past, present or future). The

Elite Core directs and controls these occupational groups with their
current skillsets and social plans and policies and strategic investments. Where

any society or civilisation there is 2 basic types of conscious process
within states of Being relative to three dimensional transactions. These
Beings may have different combinations of these attributes. The
oogenic soulgroup model. As
has been previously stated, an organic or oogenic system with these 48
systemic events or processes has two issues to contend with. i.e.
The Endo or
endogenous, internal aspects or, the Exo, or exogenous aspects of the
soulgroup and its external context. 1.

regulation of its group in relation to its contextual
tolls. [@t] $ [@d]
EXO The
ontogenesis of soul interactions within the 48 soul processes within the
executive strategies therefore begins with the appreciation of these two
interdependent relationships Endo
and Exo within any soulgroup in
relation to the levels of detail and social complexity invested in and
enacted by the souls within any given set of contextual play activities ..
The
empowerment of the 48 aspects of play is enabled by the ruling executive
who must drive their policies through the transactional and acquisitional
gradients of the relationships that they rule. These
core investments, consents and efficiency or lack of can be described in
terms of the creative modelling strategies for both play and defence of
the group. e.g.
SOULGROUP PLAYBEHAVIOUR IN CIVILISATION. Social
Consciousness amongst gregariously co-operating people requires to be
intelligently and creatively facilitative to be physically and spiritually
beneficial, emergent and re-emergent. e.g.
'social rewards to parties', 'speculative success', 'excellence of
creative causation and the end factorial output and response to group
needs and internal and external changes'.
The
[ER] factor for such social performance and product can be rated by
factors such as [SI] or social impedance and also by type of
consciousness. Consciousness
as thus far speculated has two aspects that produce relatively archetypal
masculine and feminine interactions in terms of its morphological
aptitudes and qualitative capacity and strategy for the acquisition of the
bridging activities needed to sustain its life. These
are simultaneously; a PLANAR (non-linear), and, a LINEAR (chronological),
capacity for consciousness within three dimensions of space within the
causes and agreed effects of its binary transactions. Tripartite
[T] interpretations of planar non-linearity in relation to more static
linearity suggest an internalisation of structure or meso capsule or
enclosed field within a suitable area or niche. A capsule or shuttle in
transit across a scalar gradient empowered to direct a morphological net
and mapping in topographical detail for the acquisition of e.g. a more
static linear target. Tripartite
[T] interpretations of linear chronological acquisition suggest a
relatively massive transference of scalar impact that would create a
suitable platform for macro bridging activities, further more specific
meso distribution of these materials into structure by re-arrangement and
specific dissection of minute and atomic attributes form the evolutionary
activity. In
Planarity (non-chronological non-linearity) there are to various degrees
the following attributes of consciousness. These
aspects of both linear and planar consciousness go from more general
attributes of the soul-stuff to the more specific and refined attributes

terms of [T] descriptors therefore, to define the hypothetical attributes
of consciousness: 8 planar states times the possibility of an additional 8
linear states is indicative of 64 at time1. These
are the [CR1] 64 set,
[CR1] = [cr'01, cr'02, cr'03 ... cr'64] At
time2, there are 64*64 logically real components of the effects of Beings
with this kind of appreciation of physicality and the interaction between
planar and linear forms of consciousness. i.e. [CR2] set is a fixed,
closed and limited 4096 logically real effects at time2. In
conscious interactions between personalities within and between different
states of being, certain aspects of a Being's linearity and certain
aspects of planarity will be stimulated. In
real-time linear modelling, [A] these interactive modalities between
certain aspects of conscious behaviour as observed in an absolutely linear
context will produce 27 linear and 27 planar fixed component psychological
states at time1 that produce 729 dynamic states at time1, and, 729 planar
and 729 linear fixed component psychological states at time2 that produce
effects comprised of 729*729
= 531441 dynamic behavioural effects between planar and linear
consciousness in 3 dimensions which when the 4096 logically real time2
states are deducted leaves a total of
527345 interstitial modalities within behaviour between every
physical effect produced by the planar and linear Being. Psychological
analysis and facilitation by a small team of specialists towards an
emergent behavioural problem can target various attributes of the 4096
time1 psychological process events in the 3 zones of dysfunctional
psychological activity. Each
of the three psychological 'psyche' zones having their own 8 [ENDO] and 8
[EXO] aspects that manifest as physical effects within 3 dimensional
objects, processes and information and relationships. Every
individual is a bounded organism and every interpersonal interaction can
likewise be modelled as bounded systemic intercourse. Psychological
healing by use of massive facilitation can target various functional
attributes of both the 3 internal and also 3 interpersonal zones that have
been classified as [ENDO] internal and socially methodological or [EXO]. Outputting
social and physical applications produce process events, distortions etc
observable in materials, artefacts, fabric, semantics and syntax as has
been previously discussed. Every
psychological event, therefore has 3 target zones that have 16 different
specific functions and make different contributions towards aspects of
personal adaptation of bridging behaviour, aversion and self-regulation. Interruption
and or destruction of the assets that comprise the 6 power laws (or
fulcra) operating within the psychology in these 3 zones may enable
different types of psychological healing or conquest to be enacted. In
[HX] Assembler and [T] descriptions and also in natural systems, there are
power laws operating within and between these psyche-structure zones and
within and between the functionality of components within the 3 psyche
zones themselves. There
are a total of 6 power law relativities for psyche regulation and
executive efficiency that comprise the total activity of the three zones.
This makes a total of 6 psyche functions and their operational fabric of
linearity or planarity that can be specifically targeted to produce very
specific effects for medical reasons. In
each psyche zone and indeed between each being and another interacting
being etc, there are 2 different aspects of power law relativity at work
within the psychological, physical and soul type as described by [CR1] and
[CR2]. One
that directly relates to feeding and bridging activity, [@f] and also an
incorporated material factors impedance toll that directly relates to
energising and working the provision and service of social response and
responsibilities to contextual bridging activity damage. Also a factor is
the psychological reaction and re-assembly of the bridging and feeding
investment, input and social (if any) output worn and torn at the edge of
contextual psychological and social chaos. As
the psychosocial activity profits and feeds the interacting being itself,
it grows more resilient, elastic and competent, and the less and less it
will need to outlay on the discomforts of normative social and systemic
disintegrity. The being then less and less surpasses its uncomfortable
psychological thresholds for normative contextual stresses and damage and
has created and grown a comfort zone [@f]
intellectual feeding and bridging activity increases and sustains and
re-supplies and rebuilds the social activity of [@g] comfort. The psyche
draws on and supplies numerous resources to repair [BA] damage whilst
intellectual feeding by transference and intellectual feeding adaptations
cause imbalance and disturbances of its physical socio-psychological
environmental zone. [@t]. This in terms of; relationships, objects,
artefacts, distortions, information etc. The being may allocate these
ergonomic resources to control, repair and re-grow, re-emerge systemic
interpersonal and social disintegration against the backdrop of failed
[BA] chaos and competition [@d]. As
the psyche successfully progresses and grows, challenges to its material
and social supply, its personal and social [BA] and hence integrity
'naturally' increase with time, and these require systematically
researched personal and psychological investments to control.
The
more social and intellectual production investments increase, the better
the social and personal system. The
more damage investments increase in reconciling personal and social
disintegration deficits created by more global personal and social
transference factors in conscious turbulence, however, the worse the
psychological and ergonomic health of the social incorporation of the
being. [@f] feeding investment and [@d] damage investment are inversely
proportional. i.e.

persistent, adaptive [BA] In
terms of [T] Relativity, the tripartite description of a viable and
integrated executively active psyche and a relatively disintegrated one
would produce 16 phases or kinds of static steady state psychological
structure at time1. The
Language [WE] at time1 is a set of 16 qualitative psyche activity
descriptions that incorporate integrity or dis-integrity of; intellectual
performance, bridging activity, social elasticity, social and peer group
performance, creativity, dis-equilibrium in social relationships - first
of localised peer group then of social adaptability. These
are the same precepts as the Economic Model Tripartite Descriptor in that
they rate social performance in terms of their output and efficiency in
three material dimensions - although within this performance rating of
social activity there are at least the 4096 [CR] states of consciousness
influencing their productive social output. Collaborations
of Being within matter for social and anti-social reasons will not always
produce all good or all bad artefacts, information and qualities. However,
many close interactions will produce distortions within these processes -
some desirable - others very undesirable. We
may not know, we cannot tell initially what beings may be suited to
certain aspects of local and remote corporate activity and what may be
likely to influence their lives in remote explorations etc - so such

terms of the parameters of social oogenesis as herein defined,
transactional modelling of the interactive effects of Being and
consciousness within these material parameters can produce a closed and
finite set of numbers of: the
order of 1.5 times 10 to the 7. Of
the toll [@t] and the [@d] factors of the exogenic lives of and within the
coamosphere and of the damage that they possess and inflict, it is not
possible for me to speculate. At
some future linearity or planarity however, and with massive computation,
it may be possible by use of some network utilising [A]-type modelling to
exclude the known in our lives and deduce some of the shape of the
unknown, bearing in mind that in A,B,C,D etc there could always be some
extra E or F etc The
veracity of Essential Numbering. Although
the non-arbitrary [T] or [A] - based system numbers are specific and
qualitative, there are various ways to utilise these process descriptions
in large models. Prior
empirical knowledge of any components within a system is required before a
transactional process can be identified and qualitatively rated in the
first place. Any
identified system is an observation of relativity between an object and
its context such that the process and or its qualitative effects are
visible between time1 and time2. An
identified system is a bounded oogenic system comprised of three zones
containing six power law fulcra around and between which relatively
identifiable component objects create process interactions and effects. The
[T] and [A] essential system numbers are finite. They
can however be composed in several different ways for a time1 picture of
the oogen and a time2 picture of the oogen. A
time1 picture for an oogen can contain at least an 'a priori' static
evaluation of any component in the range [1-8] relative to other known
components performing a similar function. The
6 fulcra with 2 components as previously defined on either side of their
power law can produce 48 current observable effects from the activity of
96 previously measured component states. Addition
of component processes enumerated as essential octal numbering cannot
produce arbitrary numbers within the context of any bounded oogen. They
can be used to compile numeric octal descriptions in different ways
though. By
addition, in the context of an oogen and within zones etc, they can total
the number of component issues that exist from 'a
priori' measurement. In the evaluation of a large project with many
components, the static component issues as a 1-8 rating within each
component and each designated function within any defined process may add
up to variously large numbers at time zero, before the system is 'switched
on' and observed. When
the octal numbers are multiplied together, they represent the product of
possibilities within component interactivity at time1 or time2 as across
the power law relationship between the components and any intercession.
e.g. by the languages [T] or [A]. In
'a posteriori' empirical
research, it will be possible to define qualitative efficiency ratings for
objects and processes based on a comparison between their static 'a
priori' component issues, their relative known outcomes etc. These can be
compiled from interstellar social co-operation using collected data on
materials, uses etc. At this point, relative static to dynamic efficiency
ratios for oogenic systems can be assigned - and any relatively good or
bad attributes or properties identified. The
Future of Civilisation. The
perpetual future of civilisation is now within sight. With
a will to share and compare data, and the capacity to facilitate and
defend it, the 6 keys to Civilisation will enable growth and
self-regulating diversity to emerge new kinds of play behaviour without
the fear of contamination by toxic contributions. It
will also enable a relatively precise and pain-free tactical and strategic
defence of society without detracting too much from any new future play
behaviour if the 6 Keys System Theory
can be appropriately integrated and deployed. Within
a dynamic concourse of Beings and a static facilitative structure in any
agreed sense of linearity and planarity, the qualitative aspects of
cultural fusion will produce intentionally good and bad and
unintentionally good and bad results. The
elimination of the bad elements of fusion and the discrimination between
intentions of bad and the unintended emergence of bad is a social
pre-requisite for any new large social incorporation and concourse. It
may be, though, that certain pre-requisites for efficient social fusion
are 'a priori' missing and are needed to be identified such that intended
results manifest as good results. The
contribution to Civilisation that a fully operational [T] and [A] platform
could make, becomes more obvious, when these excuses for lack of
knowledge, materials, processes and expectations become exposed as
criminal lies and deceit. Material
descriptions require numbers and agreements, and with an operationally
sensitive and regulatory appreciation of the facilitation of Being,
contributors may more freely enjoy the civilised arts available without
toxicity, in the binary Universe. In
terms of the primary attributes of hardness of shell and insensitivity to
issues of nurture, and softness of shell and the vulnerability to damage,
many being could be facilitated by greater mental commune than is
currently being achieved. e.g.
Person to person psyche in context, person to person psyche in
context of self and other and others and world, or person to person
withholding self with others and world etc The
complex arrangements and nesting possible for the facilitation of mind
would become toxic without an agreed frame of secure empirical reference. Within
such a structure, however, the need for a secure primary binary
psychological standard free of toxic contamination and mutation from the
more unregulated emergence within the community would be essential to fine
tune oogenesis to purer levels of relative definition. In
such an environment, Being in the presence of substantive others, can
retrain itself to self-deregulate to re-emerge more substantial responses
and strategies and solutions to older failed or redundant strategies. With
the ontogenesis of a clearly useable crossplatformable oogenic social
systems theory clearly visible and available, the extra data sharing and
facilitation can greatly enhance both the strategic potential of such a
new community, and the levels of intercourse between Beings of all aspects
of commonality. From
such diverse concourse can come the non-toxic and diverse fusions of true
ecumenical culturalism - freely available to and understandable by
everyone in the community. A
binary Universe full of labels and arbitrary disputes between confused
beings lacking communicative attributes and facilitation and a true idea
of the mixture of linearity and planarity and physics involved in the
disputes can now be interpreted. Now
every Gangster in the Universe can have a Gedi mindscan without being able
to object that these Pirate mindtricks do not work on him or her !!! And
then to me came the image of a game that I have never possessed the
worldly wealth to play - a game originated in Scotland - and I realised
the scope and potential of this enterprise for Interstellar it could be,
Universal it could be. I was shown beings playing Golf. The Angel
explained to me that all species of every physique could play this game
against one another because it is a game that does not require physical
contact, yet retains a communal appeal, being a celebration both of skill
and the natural beauty of the environment. I was puzzled at this, but was
shown the image of a golf ball floating by itself as if full of
technology, then realised what was being shown to me when I saw an image
of Computers analysing Beings by weight and mass within and between
species. A handicapping system could enable the smallest being to play
against the largest, where the flying robot ball could be braked in flight
by controlled instructions from the computer if hit by a large physically
powerful Being, and augmented in speed if hit by a small lighter Being. I
smiled when I realised that Golf could be made into a Universal game - a
Scottish contribution to the Civilisations of the Cosmos of eternal
proportions ...' BEING
HUMAN If we manage to avoid becoming
an animalised and Disney relative of Donald Duck or Skippy the Bush Kangaroo
after we make the transition from our badly behaving prison planet where
do us human souls hang out and how. Here is an attempt to develop
uniquely human soul themes in contra-distinction from what it might be
to be an animal. Social Consciousness amongst
gregariously co-operating people of human persuasion requires to be intelligently
and creatively facilitative and facilitated. To be physically and spiritually
beneficial to self and society in the longterm, it needs either creative
or recreative license in a safe and defended place. Human Consciousness as thus
far speculated has two aspects that produce relatively archetypal masculine
and feminine interactions. These have unique psychological aptitudes and
a qualitative capacity and strategy for the building the bridges and relationships
with activities needed to sustain life and a quality of society. Within the dynamic concourse
of a variety of Beings and within static facilitative structure in any
agreed sense of linearity and planarity, the qualitative aspects of cultural
fusion will produce intentionally good and bad and unintentionally good
and bad results. Material descriptions of social items require numbers and agreements. With a sensitive and regulated appreciation of how to facilitate Being, contributors may more freely enjoy the civilised arts available without toxicity, in our civilisation. In terms of our many forms
and states of energy and being many discrepancies between states of being

feeds its end result of form. Some form is
forceful, some unable to be attracted to enable
union to ensue. The forceful
then a furnace starts, with purpose
now it becomes dense and light
and heat become immense as light
becomes a builder. As matter
grows amongst this power solids join
all in that hour for what
were the primal notes of eight are
symphonies that won't abate in the mind
of the composer and so, the
stars. As the
plasma starts to cool matter
follows matters rule that matter
in forms estimation must be a
form to suit the stress if its
purpose can survive the endless
bustle and duress the quarrel

the power of making. Yet laws
were working in mans mind false laws
of making gain. Around his
land did mountains stand whilst his
people ate the tasty bread all through
this land was laughter planned but King had
other plans instead. Beyond the
peaks it has been known a people who
have in stature grown who dare to
worship other gods. Thus the
King of lands all o'er the plains had on his
hands the blooded stains of peacemakers. The people
in the valley next will cease
their heathen sacrilege a and live as
vassals do. But in our
spirit is a love a well of
sparkling life's creation such water

have tried to seize it, Thus the

on this, for in this water is great power to ease the
thirsts of competition although the
loving must to submission comply, else on this

fodder for a nation that knows it must be great. Forget the
wives and squealing brats for after

province was in time and cost the reason
why the King had lost the fuel for
his trade. To guard his
lands with greater power to each road
a crafted tower that saw his
income safe But in the
cost was power lost and distance
was his bane. From core to
outer lands was his yet, returns
were not the same Around the
core his will could pour but distant
lands lost administration
by the bane
of separation from his nearest fort. As every
Empire starts as seed, with good clime and people
of a creed to tend it
in its pasture, With easy
gains along the coast and
movements up the river plains power fed
the store rooms full and so that
Empire forged from gains surpassed
the taxing mountains and from its
seedbed spread as
far as wage would then allow. But Empire
one day met another then each
King awaited expert news about which
roads the armies use in guarding
crops and mines. The King who
bought with blooded gold his generals has now his
fate to evil sold if someone
pays them more. Some
peasants died, some even tried to keep what
was their due but those
with sense good
providence did only change their God, the whips
the same, the usual
game did fare with different masters. In time unsafe
became the devastation for the
cause of profit so where
cores met Kings sued
for peace whilst the
trading did increase and links
were forged and people knew why at last
their savings grew, and the
thoughts were thereto now prefer to have the
props their masters wore and fighting
for these luxuries forgot the
loving water in each and
every soul for the
minions now drank wine. Each Empire
was itself a core but with
oneness never had before the planet
now was conquered by
dependents on a wage. The lure of
bright astronomy made real by an economy could take
man to more treasure, to make this real it was then
said that we should feel as one with this
our needed goal, fish are
better as a shoal o bulge the
bigger nets. For all the
time that man has lived in each and
all a fountain ever, gushing
love, as bright as light and in
Earth's night in its elation unified in
its creation the builders
of the planet. But greedy
men that use this world as their
master plan unfurled are in their
thralldom lonely as they deny

quietly in the night society's
